Account & Billing

Subscription plans, login credentials, and studio-level settings.

Change your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan and confirm

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan's features until then.

Update payment method

To add or replace the card on file:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter your new card details and save

Bookify uses Stripe for billing. Your card details are processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Edit studio profile

Update your public-facing business information in Settings > Studio Profile:

  • Business name and description
  • Address and phone number
  • Logo and cover photo
  • Social media links

Changes to your profile are reflected on your public booking page immediately.

Change your password or email

To update your login credentials:

  • Password - go to Settings > Account and click Change Password. You will need to enter your current password for verification.
  • Email - go to Settings > Account and click Change Email. A confirmation link is sent to your new email address.

If you signed up with Google, you can add a password from the same page to enable email/password login as well.

Delete your account

If you need to close your studio and delete your account:

  1. Cancel any upcoming bookings and notify your clients
  2. Contact support at support@bookify.lu
  3. We will cancel your subscription and schedule your data for deletion

Per our privacy policy, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. This action cannot be undone.
